Meet Olivia
Founder & Artistic Director of The O.H.C.
Olivia Higham is an accomplished choreographer who began her career as a professional dancer, working with some of the world’s leading artists, choreographers, and production companies. Her dynamic career spans music videos, arena tours, television, film, and live performances across Europe and beyond.
She has appeared in music videos for globally renowned artists and performed on major televised productions, including Alan Carr’s New Year Spectacular, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Surprise Surprise, and The Voice on both BBC and ITV. A standout moment in her early career was performing at the prestigious Royal Variety Performance in 2016 for the musical Christmasaurus, choreographed by Ashley Wallen (The Greatest Showman) and attended by members of the Royal Family.
In 2017, Olivia danced alongside Rita Ora and Camila Cabello at the European Music Awards, and in 2018, she performed at the BRIT Awards with Dua Lipa, followed by appearances with Jason Derulo and Hailee Steinfeld at the EMAs later that year. Her credits also include working with Melanie Martinez on her film K-12, under the direction of acclaimed choreographer Brian Friedman, and dancing for Akon and Dua Lipa at the MTV EMAs.
Olivia’s more recent performance highlights include dancing for rising British pop star Mimi Webb, and collaborating as Movement Director for her live shows. She also toured with Russian pop icon Sergey Lazarev, and choreographed five original shows for MSC Cruises, which now tour internationally.
Beyond performing, Olivia is a highly respected choreographer and educator. She served as Assistant Choreographer on Dance Dance Dance (Seasons 3 & 4), a hit television series in the Netherlands, and co-created the 2016 Commercial Dance Syllabus for the UK’s Associated Board of Dance. She also worked as Assistant Choreographer on Beyoncé Walk by Dominic Lawson and continues to choreograph music videos for several European artists.
Olivia’s teaching journey began in New York, where she spent six months training dancers aged 6–18. In 2019, she founded The O.H.C. — an all-female lyrical company created to train and mentor dancers preparing for professional careers. Since its inception, The O.H.C. has gained significant recognition, especially on Instagram, and has grown more than fourfold in size, becoming a leading force in pre-professional dance training.
